A free 60-minute training for women who are tired of leaving money on the table. (Scroll down for more.)
Why money triggers feel so out of proportion — and what's actually happening in your nervous system when they do
The four specific fears keeping women underpaid — and which one is running the show for you
How fear actually changes — and why strategy and mindset work alone never quite do the job
A trigger log to start seeing your patterns clearly
A visualization exercise to understand where the fear actually came from — and how to release it
A personal trigger protocol — what to do in your body, how to see it differently, and what to say to yourself — ready in your notes app before you leave
The same patterns keep showing up — in how you ask, how you charge, how you advocate for yourself, how you receive — and you can't seem to break them no matter how much you understand them
You know you're capable of more but something keeps stopping you from claiming it
You've done the mindset work, the therapy, the journaling — and still find yourself shrinking when it matters most
You're building a business and your rates, your visibility, or your ability to receive payment for your work feels harder than it should
You're employed and the promotion, the raise, the recognition you deserve keeps not happening — partly because of external forces and partly because of something you can't quite name
You're in transition — between jobs, between identities, between versions of yourself — and the fear of the unknown is keeping you more stuck than your circumstances actually require
I literally wrote the book on how to get paid.
My book Ladies Get Paid (published by Simon & Schuster)
has taught thousands of women how to negotiate raises, advocate for themselves, and charge what they're worth.
I've delivered negotiation workshops at Harvard Business School, partnered with PayPal to train their women
employees on salary negotiation across the country, and spoken at NASA, Meta, and the United Nations.
But after years of teaching women how to ask for more,
I kept seeing the same thing: women who knew exactly
what to do and couldn't make themselves do it. The
strategy wasn't the problem. Something underneath was.
That sent me into a different kind of research: into
financial psychology, the nervous system, and what actually changes behavior at the root level. I hold a Master's
Certificate in Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance
and am completing a certificate in Polyvagal Theory under
Dr. Stephen Porges.
It's also showed up in my personal life. A divorce, a lawsuit, a pandemic, and a son born with a serious heart condition
took me from a seven-figure business to six figures of debt and food stamps. Everything I'd studied, I had to learn
again in my own body.
This training is what I wish had existed when I needed it most.
